Quick answers before you write
What does an overseed cost?
It depends on the size of the lawn, how hard the soil is, how thin the grass is and whether a thatch mat has to come out first. The estimate is written and has no figure until we have seen the lawn.
How soon can you come, and how long does it take?
Visits run in order from the first week of September. The visit takes about twenty minutes, and the aeration and seeding take a few hours on most lots.
Are you licensed and insured?
The footer lists the business registration and the insurance record, and you can ask for the certificate. We don't spray herbicides, so we don't hold a pesticide applicator license.
What happens at the estimate?
Sandra or Owen walks the lawn, probes the soil, measures it and asks what you want. The written estimate follows.
