One machine, four people, two good months
Palmer Core & Seed is Sandra Palmer's company. Most of what we earn happens between the first week of September and the middle of October.
That is why we only do this. Core aeration and overseeding on fescue, timed backward from the frost. In the off months we answer the phone, test soil and walk lawns for next fall's list.
